Curry Sauce - OsomeFish Fishball

This recipes is for OsomeFish Fishball product. 

Ingredients

  • 40 gm Sunflower oil
  • 15 gm Shallot minced
  • 5 gm Garlic minced
  • 5 gm Fish curry powder
  • 1 gm Turmeric powder
  • 20 gm Water
  • 2.5 gm Black pepper powder
  • 4 gm Coconut sugar pure organic
  • 10 gm Light soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Sweat shallot and garlic in sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add in fish curry powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder, stir thoroughly to combine, cooking until fragrant
  3. Next, add in filter water and stir thoroughly, well combine with the curry. Bring to boil and let simmer for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add in coconut sugar and light soy sauce

 

TO ASSEMBLE

Ingredients

  • 6 Osome Fishballs
  • 60 gm Curry sauce

Instructions

  1. Warm curry sauce in a pan 
  2. Add in 6 fishballs and coat well with the curry sauce. Ready to eat
