Sesame Dressing - Osome Cold Noodles and Osome Egg

This recipes is for OsomeNoodles and OsomeEgg product. 

Ingredients

  • 120 gm Tahini paste

  • 50 gm Almond butter smooth

  • 60 gm Kikkoman soy sauce

  • 20 gm Toasted sesame oil
  • 10 gm Coconut sugar pure organic
  • 50 gm Filter water
  • 10 gm Garlic minced
  • 25 gm Apple cider vinegar organic

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine tahini, almons butter, Kikkoman soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, coconut sugar, filter water, minced garlic and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Mix well using a whisk, taste and adjust with pink salt

To Assemble : Noodles and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 100 gm Osome noodles

  • 20 gm Osome chicken breast julienne
  • ½ Osome egg
  • 25 gm Sesame dressing
  • 15 gm Japanese cucumber julienne
  • 10 gm Carrot julienne
  • 2 gm Coriander leaves
  • 10 gm Dehydrated almond

Instructions

  1. Place noodles in a bowl, ladle in the sesame dressing
  2. Arrange ½ egg on top the center of the noodles
  3. Arrange chicken breast, Japanese cucumber, carrot and coriander leaves around the egg

  4. Garnish with dehydrated crushed almond
  5. Optional: Chili Oil
