Wakame Ginger Dressing - OsomeFish Fishball
This recipes is for OsomeFish Fishball product.
Ingredients
- 20 gm Wakame (soaked and finely chop)
- 2 tablespoons Japanese shoyu ginger dressing
Instructions
- Combined Wakame and Japanese shoyu ginger dressing, mix well
- Serve 1 tablespoon of wakame ginger dressing over 5 Osome fishballs
- Sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds
Japanese Shoyu Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
- 25 gm Organic sesame oil
- 12 gm Brown rice vinegar
- 15 gm Tsuyu sauce
- 1 teaspoon Grated old ginger
- 10 gm Fresh lemon juice
- 5 gm Organic pure coconut sugar
Instructions
- Combine brown rice vinegar, tsuyu sauce, grated old ginger, lemon juice and organic pure coconut sugar in a mixing bowl
- Briskly whisk until all ingredients come together and dissolve organic pure coconut sugar
- Add in organic sesame oil in a stream and continue to whisk until well combined
- Store in an airtight container, chill in fridge until use
