Wakane Ginger Dressing - OsomeFish Fishball

This recipes is for OsomeFish Fishball product. 

Ingredients

  • 20 gm Wakame (soaked and finely chop)
  • 2 tablespoons Japanese shoyu ginger dressing

Instructions

  1. Combined Wakame and Japanese shoyu ginger dressing, mix well
  2. Serve 1 tablespoon of wakame ginger dressing over 5 Osome fishballs
  3. Sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds

 

Japanese Shoyu Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 25 gm Organic sesame oil
  • 12 gm Brown rice vinegar
  • 15 gm Tsuyu sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Grated old ginger
  • 10 gm Fresh lemon juice
  • 5 gm Organic pure coconut sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine brown rice vinegar, tsuyu sauce, grated old ginger, lemon juice and organic pure coconut sugar in a mixing bowl
  2. Briskly whisk until all ingredients come together and dissolve organic pure coconut sugar
  3. Add in organic sesame oil in a stream and continue to whisk until well combined
  4. Store in an airtight container, chill in fridge until use
